Happy FIRST birthday, Avery :) Seriously, this was the happiest baby. She had the best time and gave lots of good smiles! This was the second of four sessions that I had while I was home in Enterprise visiting last week. Lucy and I had a busy few days. Lots more from last week to come!

I met the Barrett family~ Melissa, Ed, and James~ last Saturday afternoon for some pictures at Grace Episcopal Church in Anniston, AL. My cousin (truthfully, more like my sister--we're 11 days apart and very close) lives in Ft. Campbell, KY with her husband. But until last month, she was there by herself because Jonathan was deployed to Afghanistan. His homecoming was very special and sweet, and I am so glad that my family (Britt and Lucy) got to make the trip Memorial Day Weekend to celebrate and capture these once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Phew! This was MUCH harder work than I expected it to be! Definitely harder than setting up my website. I mean, really, I had to write--ok copy and paste, but still-- HTML code. But it's done :) I imagine that I'll still make a few tweaks here and there, but for now, I think it looks pretty good!
